Update: After several months of going back and forth, I finally have my replacement cover for my 'blade' club. It was a 50/50 issue to be fair. I didn't verify which club I had when my wife spoke to the CSR. She did describe it to him, but he thought it was a mallet. Beware if you need a replacement cover! Know which one you need. Even so, the confirmation email showed a picture of the 'blade' cover, BUT refers to it as a 'mallet' cover! After receiving 3 mallet covers, I finally have my blade cover so I'm a happy camper. I really like my clubs, but I do hope that Pyramid improves their customer service. Couldn't always reach a human and many times didn't receive a prompt response either by phone or by email. Those we did speak to were friendly and always offered to get the problem resolved though. Just seemed that the ball got dropped more often than not.
