Pyramid F14 Sphinx

This wS not an improvement over my driver or even my 3 wood. Returned the club - note they deduct $20 from the purchase price when you return it - they say dor shipping when the receipt says free shipping. So buyer beware it is NOT a FULL refund like their return policy states.

Still need more time with the club before I can give an honest review.

Here in Norway winter has arrived (-8 celsius) and all golf courts are closed. But, I love the concept of the F14 and looking very much forward to the spring dor a try out.

F14 Sphinx has a great feel, although compact, sets up to the ball very nicely. I'm pleased with the accuracy and the reasonable distance (especially off the tee). I've retired my Taylor Made Stealth, much heavier than the F14, and yet comparable distance. I'm obviously looking forward to a new season next spring, and hopefully a lower handicap. :-)

Have only had an opportunity to use this on the driving range, but I do like everything about the club. Visually comfortable as you stand at address, easy to hit, and forgiving on slight mis-hits. This will be a welcomed addition to my set.

Just learning to hit the club! Weather is not cooperating so my time to use the club is limited! So far I would give it an average rating!

I guess making more consistent contact is more important then long and strong. I don't think I've missed a fairway and for the most part my ping g410 would maybe give me ten yards when I manage to hit fairway and mt fairway shots are the best in 45 years. Yes this is the best golf purchase I've ever made. By the way I took the time to get my swing speed and went with senior flex (I'm 77) and your chart helped me a lot thank you.

Thought I was purchasing S1. I haven’t used club so can’t tell you how good or bad the club is. I haven’t been able to order the S1.

The F14 Sphinx is very forgiving to hit off the deck with better distance and accuracy that I was achieving with my Threewood. I also hit it off the tee with accuracy is called for. So far I have been very satisfied with this purchase.

First swing with it was off the tee at a club tournament and it did pretty good. Put it into immediate use and it just got better. It has replaced my Maverick which I'd used for years. Thought why not try it off the fairway, bang, right down the middle. Bye-bye 3-wood. The bags' getting lighter, the score is getting better, would have to say I'm pretty happy with it so far!

I was blown away. I’m actually out-distancing my Maverick and have replaced it in the bag. I’m also successfully using it as a 3-Wood. I’m thrilled!

Temperatures here in Texas exceeding 105 degrees since receipt. Only played twice and was much more interested in my score coming in below the temperature!!!! So far so good ..... !

Love this club. I put away the driver and hit this club off the tee and on the fairway and the first cut. It gives me 200+ with every shot but keeps me in the middle and out of trouble. Like I said. . . love this club.

I was skeptical, but this works well off the tee and on the mat. I have yet to take it on the course, but am hopeful.

I first used it in a round without practicing on the range. The first 4 or 5 shots not surprisingly weren't great. Then, however, I got into a groove and hit bullets I hadn't been able to hit off the fairway in years. I love the feel of the club and the super senior shaft. (I'm 79 years old.) I now have something longer than my 5 wood, and off the tee it's almost as long as my driver. It's a keeper.

I really like it!! Replacement for my old 3 wood. Much easier to use.

My husband loves it. I have not been able to go to driving range with it. Have used it a few times during my round but still working on it.

The super senior flex is great. Club is light and ball screams.

I have listed the driver as a 3W on my Garmin due to the loft. I was sceptical but - no reason. Impressed with the forgiveness and the ease of swing. Forgiveness and easy swing will always produce good results.

The Ladies like it very much, both are over 80 years old. Easy to play and a lot of foregiveness. Perfect for their age

Great club off the tee, from the fairway, out of the rough; I even blasted out of a fairway bunker....all on the first day using the club! The forward roll on the ball is unbelievable. You will not be disappointed.

I got a bucket of balls .weather looked scary. I hit the ball it sailed nice and straight. I hit another the same.rain started and I had to go.i can't wait to get out again.those shots were out of normal rough.

Good club. I like it more as a fairway wood as opposed to a driver. The ball goes straight but not as far as I would like.

Very happy with the club so far with two rounds under my belt. Very comfortable to swing and making good contact..

Love the club. I use it instead of a driver because it is so accurate; I sometimes slice with my driver, never with this club. I also use instead of long irons.

I bought this club when it first came out. I don’t use it as a driver because my driver works well. I use it as a fairway wood or hybrid. I put my 3,5,7 woods in the garage. I love this club. It’s my go to club for so many situations.

Feels like the shot is weak coming off the club face and then (I swear, no alcohol involved) it seems to stay in the air longer than with my Callaway Epic.

I am in my 80’s and my swing speed is not what it use to be, thus this club is right up my “alley” for direction and distance. Just swing level to ground with or without a teed ball and the golf ball takes off………

The F-14 is the best club I’ve ever used.. From my first swing, my game has improved significantly. I’m driving the ball further than with my driver and keeping it on the fairway I have the Pyramid putter, Pharoah,F-14. Love them all.

The F14 works extremely well...Once I am comfortable with it, I am sure the performance will be even better...Great Job Guys

Two friends invited me to golf two days after getting my new clubs. I purchased a putter, the P14 wood and the 45 wedge. I had not used any of them yet. They invited me to play 9 holes, three clubs only and two balls only. I thought what better way to get comfortable with these club, to just use those three. All three clubs were excellent first time out. All three felt good in my hands and very comfortable in my swing. There was a little adjustment with the wood, but not much at all before it went long and straight. The 45 wedge has good weight to it and I just needed to remind myself to let the club do the work. That club will end up being my favorite. I have never putted as well as that day even though the greens were under end of year repair and were really crappy. I am 72, have broken 100 for 18 and 50 for 9, but not very often. I enjoy the game very much and at my level I don't care much for the strict rules. If my ball ends up behind a tree, I kick it out so I have a shot. If I'm in a very difficult bunker, I throw it out to the grass, so I have a shot. I am always the worst golfer in any foursome, so what difference does it make if I shoot a 99 or a 110? I just enjoy trying to make good contact in every swing.

Hi l am stil getting use to hitting it. Good so far it’s lighter than my driver I use now.

As you know in Michigan the golf season ends a little sooner than other places. As with any new equipment I'm still getting the feel for consistency. I'm absolutely loving this club when my head gets out of the way and I let my swing take over. In other words this club is performing better than I expected. This time of year I dont spend much time on the range because days are shorter and I'm trying to get as much golf in but the couple times I've been just on the range and hitting this club only to get a good feel for it, I must say its performing much better than expected. The launch and distance I'm getting with this club makes me feel like I'm hitting like I did in my mid 40's. (10 years ago) another satisfied customer and definately recommend!

Actually getting more distance than my old driver. Amazing. Was surprised how straight it went with almost no effort.

I played my first round with this new club this week. SImply amazing 15 to 20 yard improvement with an easy swing. I am looking forward to a few more yards as I get used to the club. I would highly recommend this driver to anyone.

I was able to hit it square right out of the box. Didn't have to make any adjustments to my stance or swing.

Similar to a 3 wood! Lacks power But forgiving and straight!

It took me a few times to figure out where in my stance to place the ball. Having done that, I’m really enjoying this club. I even caught myself saying out loud to no one, “I’m really loving this club!” It’s a winner

Same distance as my driver. Good off turf as well. Getting accustomed to stance and tee height. So far, so good.

I am still working with the club but the distance that I get off the tee and off the turf is magic! Getting off the tee almost as far as my driver has been a revelation and the control is unbelievable! Jeff Reuter Australia

Easy to use more distance

Have used the twice so far at the range and once on the course. It’s a keeper. Provides more distance off the fairway (about ten yards) and gives me another option off the tee that I haven’t had since I gave my old two wood to my grandson years ago. Thank you. Just feels solid. I’m 80yrs old and I need the help.

I find this club very useful and much easier to hit than a 3 wood. It in no way will replace your driver for distance. Pretty easy to hit from the rough. Overall I rate it a plus

Really interesting club- gets height and sweet feel on face- needs practice of course but will use tee to green. Easy off fairway . Very pleased with the set up.

It is a good club for me it is between my driver and my 3 wood.

This has become my "go-to" club. I don't hit it much farther than my old driver, BUT I am in the middle of almost every fairway!!! My scores have come down from a 15 handicap to an eleven in three weeks and last week, I shot my age (75) at a very challenging course. I found out that only .000089% of golfers get to do that--those odds are tougher than acquiring a hole-in-one! On par 5 holes, I usually hit the Sphynx on my drive AND my second shot. I honestly cannot believe how straight this club hits the ball. I am looking to get down to a 6 or 7 handicap by the end of the year. I am currently using the Pyramid putter also. THANKS.

I love this club out of the ruff. There are a few holes I always hit the long grass. This cub digs it out so well. Considering the shot I get great distance as opposed to a hybrid

This club is very forgiving...,I'am making good contact through the area of impact....consistently....the grip is very comfortable......rating:....FIVE STAR.....This club is a keeper in my Golf Bag.....right up there with the BEST of them. RANDY HALMO CANADA

Really, really hit some nice straight drives. I ended using this club most of the way up the green. Definitely improved my game.
